Puerto Antofagasta recognizes that inclusion broadens participation opportunities for people with disabilities and contributes to regional development. With this in mind, the company participated in FESTIDEI, the Sports, Employment and Inclusion Festival, held in Antofagasta.
During the event, Puerto Antofagasta hosted an information booth that attracted considerable interest from attendees. There, it presented its main projects and highlighted its contribution to the region’s development.
Dialogue with people with disabilities, their families and organizations working to remove barriers brought new perspectives and connections to the port’s work. These connections open up opportunities for collaboration and may guide future initiatives to promote inclusion and strengthen ties with the region.
