Ejes de acción

Nuestros Pilares Estratégicos

01

Environment and climate change adaptation

We are aware of the triple global crisis of biodiversity loss, climate change and pollution. We therefore commit to operating in the Port, Portezuelo Foreport and La Negra Logistics Development Zone, promoting continuous improvement of operational standards in the port logistics system, contributing to a sustainable, low-carbon, environmentally conscious and resilient society.

We seek to carry out our operations safely and responsibly with a circular economy approach, managing our environmental risks and impacts and using resources efficiently. We also commit to reducing CO2eq emissions from our operations. The goal is to achieve carbon neutrality in Chile by 2050.

02

Community engagement & communications

At Antofagasta Port we recognise the mutual dependence between our company's success and the development of the environment in which we operate. We seek to contribute to the State, foreign trade, quality of life and Chile's progress through transparent and two-way engagement with communities and stakeholders.

We foster local development, creating shared value through quality employment, recreation, education and awareness activities, culture, sport, green spaces and contributions to the local and national economy. Our communications are conducted with respect, transparency and a gender perspective, using non-sexist and inclusive language.

03

Innovation and digital transformation

We commit to adapting to the physical and digital demands of port logistics, incorporating new technologies, infrastructure and smart logistics solutions to consolidate our position as a strategic actor in the Bioceanic Corridor and the country's foreign trade.

Innovation will be one of the pillars allowing us to optimise our company's value chain, encouraging the incorporation of new knowledge, technologies, processes, products and services.

04

Fair Work and Gender Equality

We continually seek a better quality of life for those who are part of our company and recognise the importance of our collaborators to our management success.

We commit to maintaining fair work practices, fostering a good work climate and a safe, healthy working environment free from any form of harassment or discrimination with a gender focus, extending this commitment to contractor and concessionaire companies.
