As part of the “Invertir en Antofagasta” business mission, organized by the French-Chilean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France-Chili), Puerto Antofagasta established contacts with suppliers and prospective clients during a seminar and business event that brought together Chilean and international companies.
The program combined supplier presentations and business meetings, allowing participants to learn about the companies’ capabilities, share experiences and identify potential areas for collaboration.
These contacts included suppliers that could contribute to Master Plan projects and prospective clients for port and logistics services. The aim is to maintain these connections and develop long-term business relationships, aligning the port’s offering with industry needs.
This commercial development work supports initiatives such as the Zona de Desarrollo Logístico La Negra, which includes space for businesses and for storage, transport and distribution activities. Through the project’s development, the port aims to expand its infrastructure and services for industry and help strengthen the region’s position as a logistics hub.
